Where is Ogboo Mining Services based and where do you work?

Our home base is Wellard, Western Australia (postcode 6170). We mobilise across WA and other Australian mining jurisdictions for fixed plant maintenance, planned shutdowns and commissioning campaigns.

What kind of mining equipment do you service?

Accepted Answer

Fixed processing plant — SAG and ball mills, crushers and screens, conveyors, slurry and water pumps, gearboxes, thickeners, chutes and structural assets. Our scope is mechanical: rotating equipment, fabrication, alignment, and statutory disassembly for NDT.

Can you support short-notice breakdown work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Breakdowns don't keep office hours, and neither do we. We carry the tooling and trades to mobilise to site for unplanned failures, with formal isolation and LOTO procedures applied from the first task.

Do you handle full shutdown campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We scope, resource and execute planned shutdowns — including liner change-outs, mill overhauls, NDT disassembly and reassembly, commissioning of new equipment and tie-ins to existing plant.

How do you manage safety and isolation on site?

Accepted Answer

Every task starts with a JHA / Take 5, formal isolation under the site's LOTO permit, and a defined return-to-service procedure. We refuse shortcuts; if a machine isn't safe to work on, work stops until it is.

Do you provide documentation after the job?

Accepted Answer

Always. Defect reports, alignment readings, torque sheets, NDT records and photographs are handed back to the asset owner so your reliability and statutory records stay clean.

Yes — Ogboo Mining Services is a newly registered venture, but the people behind it bring years of frontline mining mechanical experience. We're actively building our client base across WA and Australia.
